Join the Clean Money Grassroots Summit on May 7
— Make history by passing the most powerful anti-Dark Money bill in the nation!

Earlier this year, Clean Money activists like you and our allies helped AB 700, the California DISCLOSE Act, achieve a landmark bipartisan 60-15 victory in the Assembly, with a record 9 Republicans joining every Democratic Assemblymember in voting Yes.

California Clean Money Campaign grassroots leaders and activists throughout Northern California will be coming to a full-day summit on May 7th in Palo Alto.

Join us to learn how to talk about AB 700 and the other new Clean Money bills — and to plan the full-scale grassroots campaign to get the strongest bill disclosing secret money on political ads in the nation through the Senate and into law!

WHAT:     Clean Money Grassroots Summit
WHEN:    Saturday, May 7th from 9:00am-4:30pm  (Light breakfast at 9:00am.  Lunch will also be served.)
WHERE:  Unitarian Universalist Church, 505 E. Charleston Rd, Palo Alto, CA (in a handicapped-accessible building)
COST:     Free (but co-sponsorship or donations appreciated)

CARPOOLS will be coming from all over, so contact us if you need a ride or can offer one.

This is a full-day summit; however, you can come for just the morning or afternoon sessions if you can’t make the whole day.  The morning is a detailed training and update on the new AB 700 and other new bills, and the afternoon session is about implementing the campaign plan.

Can’t make it?  Please chip in to help us have a successful summit and campaign!
