September 14 – Human Trafficking/Delta Tunnels.   Former Assembly member and Speaker Pro Tempore Sally Lieber was on hand to help with a letter-writing campaign against human trafficking.   Over 100 letters were written to Santa Clara County city councils.

Garden Tour Saturday, May 2, 2015

Garden Tour  featuring Master Gardener Sue Zaslaw Saturday, May 2 We saw a lovely sustainable garden featuring fruits, vegetables, flowers, and a koi pond; we learned about irrigation, worm and hot composting, and raising chickens (these produce beautiful colored eggs!)  After the tour, we had a Q&A session and refreshments (with a Cinco de mayo theme).
