Tom Orozco advances to runoff in San Jose District 4

In a Special Election held 4/7/15, the Dean Club’s endorsed candidate, Tim Orozco, has placed first among nine candidates, advancing to the runoff on 6/23/15.  The race for second place, between Manh Nguyen and Lan Diep, remains too close to call. Garden Tour Saturday, May 2, 2015

Garden Tour  featuring Master Gardener Sue Zaslaw Saturday, May 2 We saw a lovely sustainable garden featuring fruits, vegetables, flowers, and a koi pond; we learned about irrigation, worm and hot composting, and raising chickens (these produce beautiful colored eggs!)  After the tour, we had a Q&A session and refreshments (with a Cinco de mayo theme).
